#reshawtnozzle1 Huge Wind Turbine For The Atlantic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8QzTy3d1pNw&list=PLrH7wSzFs4Kj4nbqOkO-tZdfsrHt6gZtA&index=5
In the future, these two gigantic wind turbines will turn in the shallow waters of the North Sea, generating CO2-free electricity for a new industrial age. Each turbine has a 250-metre-wide wheel that converts the wind's kinetic energy into rotary movement via rotor blades designed as two endless spirals connected by two ring-shaped blades at the apex of a torus. The wind turbine's rotor has a stable lattice shell structure formed on the virtual surface of a cylindrical torus. This grid shell forms the rim of a spoked wheel that is braced to a hub by barely visible steel cables. A huge fork carries the wheel axle and is connected to a foot anchored in the seabed via an azimuth bearing. Several motor-generators, each designed as a synchronously excited three-phase machine, are housed within the hub. The rotor blades convert the kinetic energy of the wind into rotary motion, slowing down the flow. According to Bernoulli's theorem, the pressure in the flow tube increases, causing it to expand. The rotating grid shell is perceived by the incoming wind as an obstacle to be avoided. Consequently, part of the flow is directed outside the rotor, while another part is directed towards the axis of rotation, flowing through the rotor from inside. Consequently, there is a cone angle on both the outer surface and the surface facing the axis of rotation, which is crucial for generating a torque on the axis of rotation. A tangential driving force acting in the direction of rotation and a thrust force acting leeward are derived from the lift force produced by the rotor blades. While the tangential driving force causes the torus to rotate, the resulting thrust must be absorbed by the RES Giga Wheel's support structure. In the windward half of the lattice shell, the suction side of the rotor blades is oriented towards the inside of the orbit, changing its orientation at the outer and inner apexes of the torus to face outwards. The freely permeable centre of the Res Giga Wheel must be calibrated so that fluid dynamic equilibrium is established between the Venturi effect and the expansion of the flow tube caused by the Bernoulli effect. Just as a lens either converges or diverges incident light, the torus shape causes a convergent flow to the rotor blades facing the axis of rotation due to the Venturi effect, while the Bernoulli effect causes a divergent flow to the rotor blades on the outside of the torus. This means that the areas of the grid shell influenced by the torus are significantly larger than its structural dimensions. In this regard, the Res Giga Wheel follows the philosophy of R. Buckminster Fuller exactly, who once said: 'Use the forces — don't fight them!'

#reshawtnozzle2 Stop Burning Lignite!: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rb2QNuVM7F0&list=PLrH7wSzFs4Kj4nbqOkO-tZdfsrHt6gZtA&index=6
Around ten giant wind turbines, each with an output of 50 MW, are needed to equal the energy output of a lignite power plant, which pollutes the atmosphere with climate-damaging gases. The problem could be solved by repowering energy production with next generation wind turbines.

#reshawtnozzle4 Torus Pushing Away All The Smog: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xNWp2CL1kzo&list=PLrH7wSzFs4Kj4nbqOkO-tZdfsrHt6gZtA&index=10
A doomsday mood pervades the landscape, characterised by coal power stations and heavy industry, while a light breeze pushes away the foggy swathes exhausted by the cooling towers and chimneys. A new dawn is announced by two giant wheels, spinning slowly and quietly to generate carbon-free electricity in a new industrial age. Each wheel has a diameter of 250 metres and uses two endless spirals of rotor blades, connected by two ring-shaped wings, to transform the kinetic energy of the wind into electricity. This forms a stable grid shell structure on the virtual surface of a cylindrical torus. This grid shell structure serves as the rim of a spoked wheel, which is prestressed by barely visible steel cables connecting the rim to a giant hub at the centre. The wheel's axle is supported by a large fork connected to azimuth bearings. The hub houses several motor generators arranged in a row. The rotor blades, connected to each other to form a giant grid shell structure, transform the kinetic energy of the wind into rotational energy. At the same time, the incoming flow is subject to a combination of two dynamic effects: Firstly, extracting energy from the flow will slow it down and increase the pressure within the flow column. Secondly, obstructing the flow passage will cause the flow to deviate. Therefore, on the outer side of the torus, the flow is guided away from the axis of rotation at a divergent conical angle, while on the inner side of the torus, the flow is guided towards the axis of rotation at a convergent conical angle. This creates a positive angle of attack for the rotor blades in both the windward and leeward halves of the torus. Therefore, uplift forces act in the direction of rotation at each segment of the rotor blades, and can be divided into a tangential rotation force and thrust, which is taken by the load-bearing tower. When viewed in cross section, the cylindrical torus has an outer turning point and an inner turning point. At these points, the orientation of the suction side of the rotor blades changes from inward in the windward half to outward in the leeward half of the orbit. The central void of the Res Giga Wheel must be calibrated to create a fluid dynamic equilibrium between the Venturi effect and the widening of the fluid tube caused by the Bernoulli effect. This means that the fluid dynamic dimensions of the torus surpass its structural dimensions. In this respect, the Res-Giga tube adheres to the philosophy of R. Buckminster Fuller, who once said: 'Use forces, don't fight them!'
